Fees

Payment is expected at the time of making each appointment. We prefer a check or cash, but we also accept Debit Cards (requires the Visa/MasterCard Logo) and Visa and MasterCard. The first visit is $450 and each follow up visit is $175. Please call 407-801-2888 to confirm latest price.

Time is valuable, patients are required to call within 24 hours before your appointment to change times or cancel. The fee for a missed appointment is $125.

Insurance

We are a cash based practice and do not accept insurance, but we are happy to give you a superbill with the appropriate codes for insurance reimbursement.

Many PPOs will reimburse depending on your plan. An HSA (Health Savings Account) and Flex Spending are also payment options. They will often cover consultations, labs and supplements. HMOs do not reimburse for Integrative and Osteopathic medicine consultations.

Most labs are covered by PPO plans. Unfortunately, this is not the case for HMOs. However, we are often able to work with HMO doctors to enable some lab coverage.

SPECIALIZED TESTING

In addition to regular lab testing (e.g. LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, Adventist Health, Orlando Health, & etc.), we occasionally perform specialized testing.
